I deposited money via Credit Card/PayPal but the funds are not showing up in my Fabulous account balance. What do I do?
First, we recommend you check your credit card/PayPal account to confirm if the transaction appears to have gone through successfully.
If the transaction appears in your credit card/PayPal statement but the funds have not been added to your Fabulous account balance, please contact email@example.com. To help us investigate the processing error please provide as much detail as possible about the transaction, including; payment method, time, amount and any issues or anomalies you experienced while processing the transaction.
