How do I enable WHOIS Privacy?
There are two ways to enabled WHOIS Privacy on a domain in the Manage -> Domains section of your account; individually, using the "Privacy" button, and in bulk, using the "Bulk Privacy" tool at the bottom of the page.
Individual Domain Privacy
To enable / disable Privacy on an individual domain, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the "Domains" page in the "Manage" area of your account.
2. Use the search tool to locate the domain name you want to set to private.
3. Click on the "Privacy" button next to the domain name and a pop-up window will launch.
4. Select either the radio button "enable" or "disable" to turn WHOIS Privacy on or off.
5. Click the "Change" button to confirm your selection.
7. The domain name will now be set to private in our WHOIS database.
OR
Bulk Domain Privacy
To enable / disable Privacy on domains in bulk; please follow these steps:
1. Go to the "Domains" page in the "Manage" area of your account.
2. Click on the "Bulk Privacy" button at the bottom of the page.
3. In the text box, enter the domains you wish to set WHOIS Privacy for.
4. Select either "enable" or "disable" from the dropdown box to turn WHOIS Privacy on or off.
5. Click the "Continue" button to confirm your selection.
6. The domain name will now be set to private in our WHOIS database.
You can also enable WHOIS Privacy as a default setting for all new domains Registered or Transferred into Fabulous via the "Admin" -> "Preferences" page of your admin.
