How do I file a redemption renewal?
If you find your domain is in a redemption status, you can recover the domain by paying a redemption fee to the registry, which is usually higher than the normal renewal fee. The fee for a redemption renewal for most domain extensions such as .com, .net, and .org is $100+the normal renewal cost. If you have a different extension, please reach out to support for pricing information.
To start the Redemption recovery process, you will need to purchase credits and create a ticket in your account indicating you have purchased credits to recover your domain from redemption.

We encourage you to act quickly if you wish to recover your domain name, as the redemption period is time-limited, and after it has passed, the domain name may be made available for registration to the general public.
